Is usually pretty easy to identify on our site work.The stick wielder & managing to get things done on time. He is the most fashion conscious amongst us all and usually sporting ("GENUINE COPY") a Gucci or Armani.

Salman came to Dubai in 1993 and has years of workshop managing expertise in him. He coordinates all our workshop and site work. TakING care of all our wood / metal/ masonry/ glass related construction work.

Abdul rahman Mirza
HEAD CRAFSTMAN

As with most gifted people, comes attitude and a bit of laziness! We can not deny Mirza has all these, but if for the quality of work and ingenious solutions only Mirza can come up with, we are glad to have him in our team.

His work is flawless..

Popularly known as Tek Singh, he keeps the endless cups of tea coming in.
Also steps in for damage control at odd times!!! Shhhh...

Papia Hajra
CREATIVE HEAD

With over 11 years of experience in industrial, web and corporate design Papia created VIVIDHA in 2005 to formalize her efforts in the design arena as an independent consultant. However, as all such efforts go, VIVIDHA has grown to its current size where she can hardly claim to be 'independent' anymore. Her years with Max (ever wondered who came up with the flame logo?) gave her the corporate background which she looks back as the time she got her formal hands-on training, having already honed her artistic skills at the National Institute of Design in India.
Though she's the one you need to talk to if you have any design needs, beware..... early morning calls are not her cuppa tea!

Shiva Choubey

Since she has moved to the UAE some time back Shiva has been struggling to convince people that 'Shiva' is actually her name and not that of her husband's.

However life is much easier for her when she's in front of her laptop coding away. Her three year experience in the thriving Indian IT industry puts her in good stead while programming the back-ends of the cool websites we design.

We dream and Shiva makes it possible!

Having trained to be a geologist (a Ph.D. to show for it) DSC has since been dealing with rocks from a different perspective..... that of a photographer.

The managing editor of a leading tourism magazine in India, Landscape, and many years of experience dealing with various print media, he is in the perfect position to do justice to the advisory role and that too at a very high level. The only gripe DSC now has is that Papia isn't writing enough articles for Landscape.

Keka H. Rath
FINANCIAL ADVISOR

We designers are obviously not the best people to handle our finances. So we had to get hold of an expert to deal with our 'figures'.

An MBA with almost two decades of marketing and finance background, we couldn't find anyone more suited for the job than Keka. So how come an experienced person like her, who has worked in three regions of the world (Asia, Middle East and North America), is a part of our small group? .....you see.... the right "pull" always works!

Rohan
SOUND EXPERT

The position of "Sound Expert" might seem a bit weird, but it is an important role.

The different sound-effects required in movie/animation clips need to be 'just right' to have the best impact. He is very young and a bit of a prodigy ( or so we hope !).

Rohan uses his background in rock (drummer in a band "Flat Soda") and classical (Cellist with the New Jersey Orchestra) to come up with the right notes, though the process has proven to be a bit painful for his neighbors......
